Esther Song is a digital strategist who believes the best ideas live at the intersection of creativity, curiosity, and community. She brings nearly two decades of experience leading integrated campaigns across public policy, nonprofit, and Fortune 500 clients—with a focus on building work that moves audiences and makes an impact.

 

Before joining Rise, Esther led content and marketing programs at startups and  alike, including building a marcomm team from the ground up at a school lunch startup. Her career has spanned brand storytelling, digital transformation, and team leadership across industries—from healthcare and education to ESG and CPG.

 

A recent transplant to Chicago after 15 years in D.C., Esther loves calling Chicago home. She’s a former professional baker and once ran a pop-up Korean restaurant, so it’s no surprise you’ll usually find her where the food is (and occasionally, narrating the menu) or on the volleyball court by the lake.
