Account Director
Faith Holland brings her expertise in media relations, storytelling and communications to Rise Strategy Group as an Account Director.
Previously, Holland was a booking producer for CNN, where she spent six years building relationships with newsmakers and securing highly competitive interviews. She began her tenure at CNN headquarters in Atlanta, GA on the Network Booking team, identifying, vetting and booking newsmakers for on-air and digital interviews across CNN Worldwide. Holland covered major events, such as the 2016 presidential election cycle. Holland later worked on “The Lead with Jake Tapper,” where she booked newsmaking interviews for the Washington, D.C.-based show. She earned Emmy nominations for her work on CNN’s Parkland Town Hall, hosted by Tapper, and Anderson Cooper 360 NFL Town Hall: Patriotism, the Players and the President.
Holland’s experience spans national and local media outlets. Prior to CNN, she produced for Al Jazeera America, The Huffington Post’s “HuffPost Live,” and “Judge Judy.” She began her career as a morning show producer for a CBS affiliate in Palm Springs, CA.
In addition to TV production, Holland worked in talent acquisition, where she recruited top employees and developed employer branding content for financial technology organizations.
Holland graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a degree in broadcast journalism and international relations. She is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists.
